Prince Enterprises also features Prince Management, a section of the company which manages real estate and property in the Orlando area. P. Valentine personally ensures that the houses, condos, executive rentals, and townhouses managed by Prince Management are maintained to the highest quality, and he is rewarded by the ability to apply his business knowledge to the world of property management. Originally a silent partner in the real estate field, P. became interested in becoming a property manager himself in 1996, while attending a home owner’s association meeting one day, when he realized that he already possessed the necessary skills and interests he needed to excel in the business.

He took classes to gain his CAM (Community Association Manager) license and passed his state exam immediately. After completing the required licensing and paperwork, P. was off and running toward developing his own property management company. He worked for a 238-unit association for two years, where he gained even more experience in the field, and currently manages 40 units on a daily basis. Since 2007, P. has been working full-time as a property manager and balancing many clients simultaneously—all while continuously looking for innovative new ways to improve upon his business.
