PURCHASER hereby authorizes Prince Entertainment to represent and confirm Talent with this Talent Offer on PURCHASER’S behalf. Completion of this Prince Entertainment Talent Offer Authorization Form is considered an OFFER TO BUY TALENT.

If the herein stated terms of this Talent Offer are accepted by ARTIST’S MANAGEMENT this OFFER is considered FIRM and BINDING. PURCHASER understands that upon notification of OFFER acceptance that a DEPOSIT payment will be REQUIRED within 1 BUSINESS DAY.

PURCHASER agrees to be legally obligated to and honor said terms. If modifications are mutually acceptable to both PURCHASER and ARTIST, these terms may be modified by either party. The terms stated in the final, fully executed CONTRACT and RIDER shall be the ACTUAL OBLIGATIONS of the parties.

Valentine Robinson came into the world on July 11, 1973 in New York City. Born in Brooklyn, he was raised with his father’s family, of Jamaican descent, in a nearby neighborhood called Bushwick.
